  微生物细菌的仪器-ATP荧光检测仪为全新升级产品,大屏幕触摸显示屏,代替传统按键。操作采用生物化学反应方法检测ATP含量,ATP荧光检测仪基于萤火虫发光原理,利用“荧光素酶—荧光素体系"快速检测三磷酸腺苷(ATP)。ATP拭子含有可以裂解细胞膜的试剂,能将细胞内ATP释放出来,与试剂中含有的特异性酶发生反应,产生光,再用荧光照度计检测发光值,微生物的数量与发光值成正比,由于所有生物活细胞中含有恒量的ATP,所以ATP含量可以清晰地表明样品中微生物与其他生物残余的多少,用于判断卫生状况。

      ATP fluorescence detector, an instrument for microorganisms and bacteria, is a newly upgraded product with a large screen touch screen instead of traditional buttons. The operation adopts biochemical reaction method to detect ATP content. Based on the principle of firefly luminescence, ATP fluorescence detector uses "luciferase luciferin system" to quickly detect adenosine triphosphate (ATP). The ATP swab contains a reagent that can cleave the cell membrane, which can release the ATP in the cell, react with the specific enzyme contained in the reagent to produce light, and then detect the luminous value with a fluorescent illuminance meter. The number of microorganisms is directly proportional to the luminous value. Since all living cells contain a constant amount of ATP, the ATP content can clearly indicate the amount of microorganisms and other biological residues in the sample, which can be used to judge the sanitary condition.
